Custom Memory Bear & Pillow Order Policy
Thank you for choosing us to create your one-of-a-kind memory item. Each bear and pillow is handcrafted with great care and attention to detail using your personal clothing or fabric. To ensure the best quality and safety, please review our custom order policy below:
Fabric Requirements
- All fabric must be freshly washed before sending. This helps preserve your item, ensures cleanliness, and protects our sewing equipment.
- Please avoid sending fabric that is heavily worn, stained, or fragile. We will do our best to work with what you provide, but we may not be able to use certain materials if they are too delicate. (If the fabric is damaged and needs mending it will incur extra mending fee and interfacing fee based on the size of damage)
Turnaround Time
- Standard turnaround is 2-6 weeks from the time we receive your fabric.-
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee; please inquire for availability.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is required to begin your order.
- Full payment is due before the completed item is shipped or picked up.
Shipping
- You are responsible for shipping the fabric to us.
- Return shipping is available for an additional flat rate (typically $10-15 depending on size and weight).
Customizations
- Embroidery, names, or dates can be added for an extra fee (quoted at the time of order).
- Please clearly communicate any special requests before production begins.
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the custom and sentimental nature of memory items, all sales are final. If there is a mistake on our end, we will work with you to correct it.
